Ghost Bar You’re not floating-it just feels that way in this futuristic ethereal paradise drifting high above Las Vegas. Located on the 55th floor of Palms, the rectangular bar sports 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and the furniture is highly stylized. As chic as the decor is, the real showstopper is the view. You can get a 360-degree look at the Strip and its glittering surroundings from Ghostbar’s open-air deck. Step onto the 3’ x 4’ clear acrylic panel and you’ll see 55 floors straight down. If you’ve ever longed for a room with a view, this is the place.
Studio 54 The spirit of the legendary New York nightspot lives on in this colossal 22,000-sq.-ft. re-creation worthy of its predecessor. Studio 54 is decked out, to say the least. The club features four bars, an over-sized dance floor, juggernaut sound system, dazzling lighting, fog machines, confetti canons, dancers swooping overhead on ceiling swings, and photos from the original 54 on the walls. There’s a VIP area on the second level and semi-private lounges capable of accommodating up to 400 people. It all unfolds beneath the original Studio 54 moon that hangs over the dance floor. Put everything together and you’ve got the ultimate atmosphere of controlled hedonism. Just what you’d want for a Las Vegas nightspot. |
